I understand and agree to comply with EU Regulations 561/2006 and 3821/85 and that I have had
sufficient daily and weekly rest prior to commencing work for The Menu Partners. I agree to return
any legally required print outs and records to The Menu Partners within 42 days. I also understand
and agree to comply with EU Regulations 2002/15/EC Working Time Directive; I have not and will not
exceed an average of 48 hours work across the selected reference period.
Safe Systems of Work — TMPSSOW50. Employees must take reasonable care for their own health and
safety, and that of others, by using work items and following procedures correctly, as trained
and instructed. Never attempt to use a product or item of equipment unless trained.
